Allow me to express my disappointment. I have a wonderful room with the private pool and the beautiful bed setup.
Check in proceed done by trainee. Process for check in was terrible slow and the lady was totally lost and don’t know what to do. My gf and I just like a stone standing at the counter and nobody to assist the trainee for check in.
First explained by the trainee, room rate unable to revert due to agoda booking. After few minutes later, again payment on personal account. Such of big confusion.
Cake arrangement, I have bank in 35 bucks for the cake arrange at 9pm 21 April.. another joke happened. 915pm only the cake delivered to my room.. 15 minutes late without apologise!
Staff just appeared at the door with the box covered cake. It should be a surprise to guest in special occasions and not to disappoint them.
Cake should with the candle light up. Plate and cutlery wasn’t prepare at all.
I opened the box and your staff force my gf and me to take pic. Staff said, to proof it in their group chat?! What ?? Totally ridiculous!
Cake with no candle light up. Fine! Insert all the candles then no lighter?! Wait again 10minutes.
Another another joke come out, I ask the staff just give the lighter for me. So that I can have my own time with my gf and will return lighter to reception..
Staff answered, can’t . You light up first because the lighter is belong to my friend. I have to light up and quickly pass back the lighter to him.. like I’m going to steal his expensive lighter!
After wish and blow the candles, then realised we have only cutlery and no plates!!!!! Use tissue to eat cake please!
Super disappointed.. after few min later! Again disturb my reception and I explain my frustration to her.. no action or manager return call to me..
If you think to have good room to stay and don’t care about service.. pls go ahead.
Otherwise, pls don’t choose this hotel
