We have been to this place in the early years and I would say the it put an impression that I’d wow incessantly, however it’s a big let down to my recent visit.

For some reasons, people do check in here for the name and the brand it carries. Generally it’s a average stay with great hospitality being offered from the ground staff, front desk.

Hotel rooms requires general maintenance in overall. We stayed in the water chalet and the wooden decks at the main entrance looks like it may rip of apart soon. The air conditioning is poor too. The takeaway would be the sea view, even that not something to shout about as the sea is in murky shaded.

Breakfast in general requires MAJOR overhaul, the arrays of line up can be better. Emphasis be given to local/Asian delicacies and the western corner is merely on pastries and it is a big disappointment knowing the price you’re paying for. Definitely you wouldn’t want the office coffee machine to be at your premium paid hotels, however that’s the reality.

Games room is merely for the children’s I guess, as from the brochure and images we had the impression that wide selection of games being offered however upon our visit, it was a disappointment too.

Outdoor facilities, not all the facilities is a available.

In overall this place requires major overhaul to be back to its shining days again. What I’ll vouch for is the hotel staffs attitude and behavior to their guests is a real class!

Hotel premium towel room is big but too old furniture need to refurbish, balcony dirty a lot sands and no mop floor and pillows smelly. Please do some improvements on your hotel. But breakfast buffet foods is good and children fun room become staff hanging swimming suits and no air conditioner.

The greeting and welcome guests receive at this hotel is warm and sincere and in every aspect of personal service the staff were exceptional. Unfortunately the worst thing a tired traveller can experience when he opens the door to his room is a heavy smell of damp, must and neglect - probably an indication that the room has never been opened and aired in months and in our case it took more than 24 hours before this terrible smell was reduced to an acceptable level. There were no towels in the room nor were there any bathmats.
In a tropical environment of of the primary attractions for a family is a swimming pool and in many cases it is the pool that the family enjoys and remembers most about the hotel. A well maintained pool is clear, blue, cold and welcoming. The pool at this hotel is undermaintained and is cloudy and murky - clear evidence that management fails to maintain high standards of daily upkeep within this hotel and for this reason I suggest travellers keep looking for a hotel where management is more professional and where staff are encouraged to maintain the rooms and the facilities to a much higher standard.

I stayed at the lexis water chalet. Room was amazing with 2 beds and could accommodate 4 people. The decorations are quite simple. There are 2 glass on the floor which can look at the sea. Tv was poor as some channels are barely watchable. One night it was raining heavily and there was a leak from the ceiling. That’s the only downside of this resort . Overall great stay for a reasonable price.

Enquired about a specific room availability for 2 nights and got a reply from the GSA. She informed that there's 2 dates available but the dates are 8 days apart for the room and asked whether we want to proceed with the reservation. We had a voucher for the stay and asked the GSA to proceed with the reservation just for 1 night because its not convenient to travel twice in 8 days. I guess as soon the GSA 's saw the voucher number provided they totally ignored the email we sent to proceed with the reservation. Please have the courtesy to inform us instead of just ignore the email. i have experience in hotel line before, usually the hotel sales team will inform the guest it's fully booked due to high occupancy even though the room is vacant, usually dates near to public holidays. at least they have courtesy to tell the guest. For our case you accidentally said the room was available and when the guest wants to proceed you totally ignore just because you we are not paying customer and you cant get revenue from the room. Sigh. Really Bad Guest Service !
