The internet Photos tend to overstate the facilities. Water Chalet was just OK. not much of a view and the facilities are limited as well. limited choice for restaurants. Location is limited/remote as well. Just stayed two nights which was long enough.

So we booked the Premium Tower at Lexis Port Dickson. Guess what, the toilet was a disaster. I couldn't flush and the water starts pouring on the floor. So, i contacted the front desk and report about it and told them i was terrified. The duty manager was good enough to change our room to Premium Water Chalet.
It was great! The room is on the ocean and we loved it.
The staffs at the hotel were helpful.
Food was good too!
Nothing much to complain. It's just they need to fix the toilet.

The so called 4 stars resort seriously need to upgrade,the interior of resort is very dirty (back from dinner and walked into the room, the big cockroache was there,running around in the room😥😥😥)and looked reli not attractive,air conditioning is not cold,i purchased 1king size + 1queen size yet the resort gave me both queen size beds. Buggy crews are friendly and love the selection of morning buffet

Toilet needs to be improved as you claim its a star hotel!
Room has all the equipment required (except for cooking).
Good place for family time spending and also for peace of mind.
would consider visiting again if the toilet was upgraded.
