Stayed 3 nights with my wife in November. This hotel promises so much but delivers very little. First of all check-in was easy and straight forward but after that I had to complain about the strong smell of cannabis in the corridor for 3 nights and nothing was done about it.....Very terrible!!
Also no iron or ironing board in the rooms, upon request I was told I needed to pay for my clothes to be ironed....Seriously???
Then the issue of random people just roaming the hotel and it's environs just made it seem like a public place than a 5star property.
Lastly...the buffet served every night was just below par compared to other 5star properties I have stayed in Lagos.
I honestly feel the hotel can do more to improve what I have mentioned above as it promise to best one of the best in Lagos as It has fabulous grounds and location.
