The restaurant had a nice ambiance, as is expected of a Taj property. Dimly lit & nicely done interiors add to the experience.

Phó Chay, Cha Giò, Càri Chay Dâu Hu Voi Khoai Tây, Mi Xào Mêm Chay were some of the vegetarian dishes we order between the four of us and all were just delicious with very fine & subtle flavours. However the Coconut Ice cream- Kem Dua was just so-so.

After having planned since a long time me and my friends went to blue ginger. We had high expectations. But the food was extremely disappointing. We ordered lemongrass prawns and lemongrass chicken for appetisers. We couldn't get any flavour of lemongrass! So we ordered lemongrass Chicken for main course and asked for a more lemongrass flavour but alas! Wok noodles were ok. Slightly bland though. The mocktails weren't great either. We weren't left with a mood to try desserts. Their complimentary tea in the end was the only saving grace. Don't think we will be visiting again

Taj at its best! Good sized potions, plenty of options and impeccable service. The decor is really nice too, albeit I wouldn't mind a little more light. I hear it's closing next month though and being turned to a Chinese restuarant. That's a bit sad, cause the Chinese restuarants are one too many, but not so many good Vietnamese ones around

What is not to like about this interesting Vietnamese restaurant at Taj Palace. The servers are extremely polite and more than happy to help you chose, if you get lost in the menu. Seating is comfortable and you are given lots of privacy! Food is excellent with all the theatrics of presentation.
