The ambience is unique and food delicious. The fact that you are eating in a luxury hotel (Taj Palace) makes your experience even more delightful.

I visit Blue Ginger again in third week of August ' 16 & very much disappointed .
The food quality has gone down & service was also slow .

I further understand that Taj is closing this & opening a Chinese Restaurant at same place , that's why its food quality was not upto the mark .

Hope Taj will open Chinese with same & better food taste as old times " Tea House of August moon " Used to be .

Lets see ....

We were here at the restaurant week in 2016. The ambience and service was good and the food ordered was also good. In starters we tried grilled chicken with lime leaf and chilli and grilled fish hanoi style. both dishes were tasted yummy. quantity was definitely less (2 pieces each). In main course we tried lamb and vegetable red cari with fried rice and noodles. dessert chocolate bomb
All in all, we enjoyed our lunch as the food was yum and service great !

The restaurant had a nice ambiance, as is expected of a Taj property. Dimly lit & nicely done interiors add to the experience.

Phó Chay, Cha Giò, Càri Chay Dâu Hu Voi Khoai Tây, Mi Xào Mêm Chay were some of the vegetarian dishes we order between the four of us and all were just delicious with very fine & subtle flavours. However the Coconut Ice cream- Kem Dua was just so-so.
