Nanak Vipin cleaned our room. He was great. He greeted us each morning with a warm smile and always made sure our room was well-stocked and clean. I appreciated him and his efforts. The bell hops and doormen were also very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel is not following the their own rules, they are using the card without knowledge, when it’s Clear will pay at the hotel then why to charge us and it’s without knowledge, no pin nothing all bypass, it’s not correct and no answer from one when asked at the hotel and they are sorry, but doing again and again action must be taken for such hotel
Mr. Nanak has provided very good services to us while our stay at room No 233 and 236 for 3 days. He is very humble person and quickly attended as and when we require his services. If any tour is arranged by us we will stay at metropolitan hotel only.
Housekeeping was fantastic, amazing work from Nanak and Vipen. They always left the room excellent.

The travel agents were all fantastic, they helped us book a last minute trip the afternoon of Sun 12th.
The Hotel was comfortable, although the decor seems by now to be getting quite dated to the 80’s. The staff are courteous and professional. There is a choice of restaurants, providin* good quality options. The breakfast buffet could be improved.
One of the best hotel I have stayed at in India. From the hotel to the staff (especially Manoj Badola, made my stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to New Delhi looking for a Western style experience.
