Had a very good 2 days event at the park new delhi . Overall experience was great and the hospitality was also great . It’s not worth the money, the pool was without water, and the service bad , even after complaining nobody seemed to care , it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, the bathroom had seen better times , the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast!

I hate leaving bad reviews for hotels but this needs to be done. I'm currently staying here on the 10th floor.
The hotel looks tired and unmaintained. My room has stains on the walls and in the bathroom, really dated furniture. The pool is closed - this is a big one. This was not told in advance while booking the hotel. The view out of the room is blocked by a green cloth. The carpets in the corridor are very dirty. At Rs. 11,000 per night, this is outright cheating.
Please do yourself a favor and don't book here.

Honestly, nothing good to be had here.
Currently staying here as the beginning of a tour, the idea that this place is anything even close to a 5 star is laughable.
This place is a total and utter dump.
From damp, smelly rooms. To carpets with stains and holes.
I don’t have a single nice thing to say about it.

I had a mixed experience at the Park Hotel.
The Good:
The food is incredible. I got the package with dinner included, and it had a great salad and mezze bar, and then at least six hot dinner options, plus beautiful desserts. The fresh naan and paneer was especially tasty. Breakfast was equally enticing. And the dining room staff were extremely attentive.
The location is central, and my room has a great view of the Jantar Mantar, which was cool!
The Bad:
The hotel is seriously dated, and the TripAdvisor photos don’t reflect that. Stained carpets in the lobby and halls; chipped glass on the shower door; poorly functioning air conditioner; elevator buttons don’t actually press; elevator has names etched into the metal. The halls and room smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with mildew. Just not a pleasant atmosphere. A guest with the room across from mine whose key wouldn’t function woke me up with noise at 2:00 am trying to get in with help from a housekeeper.
Next time I would look to stay at a standard 3-4 star international chain.
