The stay and food were good. But there was one unsavoury incident about them saying that I had no booking and later saying that they forgot to update their system's information. Similarly a male staff called me after I had checked out to say that I have to pay for lunch and dinner though it had been told to them that the payment had to be done by my host organisation. The reception staff of Ms Sanjana, Ms Abhilasha and Ms Sophia was very helpful and cordial.

We as an assistant from Sahil IT. person and he provided. high-speed internet access to my office. The laptop its very helpful for me thanks a lot of room service is also the good room was ready when I check-in I would recommend it .

A great beautiful stay, in the quality as Shangri La is working all over the world.
I like to stay there, especially the garden bar and the Horizon Lounge club.
The rooms are similar as the other Hotels, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like it pretty much.
It was a nice stay. I would be pleased to if I would have the chance to stay there again.

The mister chai is very happening place and the same goes to specailly hushmeet she is so kind and her hospitalisation exceptional.
We really enjoyed the assorted pakoras suggested by hushmeet with tea as its complimating the weather also thank you will reccomend this place truly

I love this hotel! Staff are very helpful and professional. Food is excellent - offers many options. The gym facility is quite nice.

Excellent hotel with lovely people.. special credit to the front desk team by Sunil Dutt duty manager..I will like to mention few names like Anjali, Yashika,Abhilasha,Akshay,Imran,Sophia,Sanjana,Uzma,Aryan,anjali lounge and many more which I can't recall..but this was the amazitrip and had wonderful memories...I will surely come back soon.thank you once again.
