We stayed five nights in Hotel Palace Heights and enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly. Cleanness and attendance to all detail. Excellent restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The only catch you have to locate it so that Taxidrivers can take you there. Perhaps clear address with GPS would help.

Room Tip: Dinning in the Restaurant is exquisite

Palace Heights, was a pleasant surprise. We found the staff from front desk ,restaurant to door man very polite and made you feel welcomed The room including bathroom were neat and cleaned daily,.This property is in heart of Connaught Place with many stores, restaurants and bars. The Metro Station to get around Delhi is a 2min walk away.. Delhi is not the cleanest or safest city, you will be constantly approached by strangers,or beggars, but we were forwarned by Hotel staff how to keep safe, which made our stay more comfortable...The Hotel's restaurant was a plus ,serving good breakfast and dinner choices. This will be our Hotel of choice on our next visit

Room Tip: Had room 215..Not much street noise, view was of rooftops or street below, but comfortable and private

We were a group of friends staying here for a few nights. Midway our stay all of us got food posoning. We were so lucky to have a staff that got us extra rooms (more bathrooms), brought us room service and did their best to help us out. They also have a lovely restaurant with great indian food. Would definetly recoment this hotel for the staff, quality of service, rooms and food.

Stayed at the hotel on two occasions (either side of our trip around the Golden Triangle) with my daughter. Although Palace Heights didn’t have the facilities that our other hotels had, the hotel more than made up for it with the most friendly, professional and genuinely pleasant staff. The hotel is ideally located close to both old and New Delhi with a metro a 2 minute walk.
Nice room, the most comfortable bed of all the hotels we stayed in, pleasant touch of a free welcome drink on arrival. In addition we received a welcome fruit selection and chocolate biscuits - nice touches. Hotel really helpful at booking Uber taxis for us - on each occasion staff escorted us to the car ensuring all was well (much appreciated as we were 2 women travelling alone). Breakfast was pleasant with options of Indian and British foods, attentive staff (breakfast served in the Zaffron restaurant) next door - which is an award winning restaurant in its own right. We would definitely recommend it if you are looking for budget/mid range hotel with a central location. I would stay there if I was visiting Delhi again.

All is great: staff, rooms, service, restaurant. Very nice experience. If you dony mandatory require swimming pool, you have all the rest in most central location!!

Highly recommended and best price/value balance for Delhi
