As the name says Grand Chola, it holds true to its name with a Grand and opulent architecture similar to a Palace . Really beautiful property with a royal elegance from each and every angle. The specs are similar to a super luxury Palace. The people are so so amazing, they are like best hospitality professionals I have ever come across. Pinky and Udith received as at Chola porch and swiftly whisked us away to our room with digital contactless checking in formalities.
Deepa our personalized butler was extremely caring and took v good care of us and our kids. Kavery our housekeeping lady was super efficient. I would like than Brinda head of guest relations for her warmth and professionalism. Last but not the least Mr Zubin I would definitely recommend this property without a doubt. Food at peshwari is a must ,Mahendra the guy who served us food @ peshvari was a super guy knowledgeable quick and prompt in his service. Last but not the least thank you Mr Zubin the GM who was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite , Mr Zubin is a thorough gentleman and a ITC veteran with more than 3 decades of glorious service @ ITC. Very nice hotel enjoyed a lot a true luxury hotel all the Covid guidelines were followed properly all the staff was very cooperative and helpful the food was really nice and delicious rooms were neat and clean

It was a very pleasant stay. The hospitality is commendable. The hotel was functioning by taking all the necessary COVID protocols also. House keeping was done very well in our room by Praveen and Anbu. Keep up the good work, guys! :)

It took 30 mins to check in and 30 mins to checkout. Had to stand in queue as if paying MTNL bill. No hospitality standards, people seemed to be least bothered about residents and ignoring struggling residents. It took 30 mins in night to just order food and 45 minutes to get food after that. Nobody picks call at in room dining.
I was so excited to stay at ITC chola hearing it's grandeur but it's worst when it comes to service. The carpets are torn and stained. Staff is in absolute chaos...

This has been my first experience in this fantastic property with state of art facilities in the field of hospitality. My long stay here seems like a very brief stay as my longing does not end here, as the hospitality services from Front office at the start, up keep of Room and ambience by Housekeeping ably headed by Mr. Masud and predominantly, the Food & Beverage services headed by Mr. Islam, be it these staff Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Abhishek were very receptive and polite and accurate in services. Last but not the least, without a special mention of the taste & quality of the food, both buffet and Q meal, it is incomplete.
