I visited Mongolian grill yesterday ( 7-19-16 ) during the lunch hour rush. I was very pleased with the taste and freshness of the food. The waitress kept my tea glass full , it never got below half a glass. The staff was constantly bringing out fresh items for the buffet. I'll gladly return for lunch soon.

Thank Eric O

We went there and were not pleased. Food was fair at best. temp was too cold for freshness. Selection seemed to be standard and was poor in taste. Wish we had not gone. the price was close to 10 per head, too expensive for the quality. I would say 5.99 would be fair at best

1st of all there are no signs telling you what the price for the buffet was. Our check was placed on our table while we were getting a plate of food. We looked at it when we returned and were okay with the price based on selection and the food being average.During our meal a lady continued to circle around our section with a stack of tickets that she continuously shuffled thru as she looked around at tables. We weren't sure what she was doing and it was a little annoying.Crab legs were part of the buffet, but there were only scraps on the bottom of the container during the course of our meal (they were added to one time, not even filled). What they brought out was not much better than scraps. I had already ate what I wanted when they finally brought a few out so I went and got 4 and brought them back to the table. About the time I finished the 2nd one here comes the lady shuffling checks again. She places a 2nd check on our table (which we noticed was higher) and quickly told her we already had a check and that would be what we would be paying. She proceeds to tell me that I ate crabs legs and have to pay more. Again there were no signs of any pricing so this is what I tell her and that they had already given us check and that is what I would be paying. She says there are signs, I'll show you. I get up and follow her she takes me to the buffet and there is a "TINY LABEL" above the crab legs. When I say a label I really mean a label, the same labels they are using to label the food so you knew what the item on the bar was, which were small and most were so faded they were hard to read. Now just about anyone who is going to eat crab legs...knows what they are and would not look up to read what they were. This is the ONLY place it was noted (if you call it that). I told her again I would only pay the original ticket that was given to me and she proceeds to take my plate from me. WTH, I'm furious by this point and NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE ME FOR THE CRABS ON THE REPLACEMENT TICKET, BUT THEY ALSO RAISE MY HUSBAND'S DINNER AS WELL AND HE HAD NOT ATE ANY, NOR WOULD HE HAVE. The couple at the next table to us had gotten there ticket before all the commotion and I had heard them say what their ticket was. The husband was eating crab legs but I didn't see her eating any. IF ONE PERSON AT YOUR TABLE EATS CRAB LEGS THEY CHARGE EVERYONE AT THE TABLE FOR THE CRAB LEG BUFFET APPARENTLY! THIS IS VERY UNETHICAL AND VERY SHADY. I remind you that NO PRICES are listed, I wouldn't have even know they were doing so if they hadn't tried to replace my check. My husband told her that it was obvious that this wasn't the 1st time this had occurred and recommended they put a sign up that tells people instead of putting a label up that NO ONE can see and charging the entire table for one person eating the crab legs. As he was saying this someone behind us spoke up and said this had happened to him and offered to put a "SIGN" up for them

Even though this place is beside Kmart and I Have been coming here to eat for years, Out of All the Chinese Buffets or any buffet in the tri city area it is number one. the food and sheer variety is better than youll get at most places around here (im doing my best to avoid trashing other reviewers) the "Female owner" has actually always been very busy running around monitoring drinks and food on the bar and running registers, YET still Always greets us with a hello and speaks to my young daughter, whom tends to call her and waitresses (sweet tea)lol...At any rate The food at ANY buffet isn't 100% on point..but nothing in the tri cities is to be honest, However that this place is pretty darn consistent in the 80% of pretty dang good i mean if you think this place sucks...go eat at ryans..YUCK

Service was terrible, when you asked for things it was like an inconvenience or they just told you no. Food was not hot and that concerned me when there was chicken.
