My husband and I were driving through and decided to check out B&B. We rang the doorbell and were met by Eric, one of the owners. We told him we couldn't stay then but wanted to check out the rooms for future reference. He was so gracious! He led us on a tour of the entire Inn, except for rooms that were booked. There was a delicious smell of breakfast still in the air, as we visited mid-morning. After our delightful tour, the friendly reception, and a glimpse at the charming rooms, we can't wait to stay there!

Six years ago, my wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience. Last weekend, we visited again (this time with the kids) and stayed in the Harding two room suite. David and Eric haven't changed a bit. The experience was just as wonderful as it was six years ago. There are not enough stars available to give these fellas the rating they deserve.

4 of us got together to visit orange beach and called to see about openings for the weekend as it was very busy in july at the height of the season in orange beach. The B and B is about 11 miles away. David answered our email request promptly and called us back on the phone to make sure we didn't follow google maps as he had a better way to get there. The web site is very helpful when trying to find a room for the number of people we had; as it indicated certain rooms could not accomadate that many people. Fortunately for us there was a 2 room suite that had a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. The price was significantly less that getting two rooms in the local hotels. This 1897 mansion is quite unique , nicely furnished , not really handicapped accessible. The surrounding area of homes are nice and quiet with some beautiful trees all around the area. David was not only an excellent cook but is quite knowlegable about the area with recommendations of where to go eat dinner and what was happening in the area. breakfast was no rush, and you sat at individual tables based on your party , not long benches where you are expected to sit with other guests before your coffee. This B and B is a cat friendly place. Not for your cats but they have cats in the common areas ; not in the rooms. I can't say enough about the breakfast except it was excellent and different each morning.

We both are so happy we could accommodate you guys, was a blessing to host you. We are so glad you recognize the value we offer compared to the local cookie-cutter hotels. Personal service, comfy rooms and a hot chef prepared breakfast are what guests often commend us for. Thank you for submitting your review and we hope to see you again in Magnolia Springs Historic District.

Stopped by on July 1. According to their website they had rooms available(several). We wanted to stay the night but they had a two night minimum and would not budge off that. So instead of filling one room for one night, the room most likely sat empty with no income. Oh well, to each his own.

The room was comfortable (with an eclectic, functioning antique restroom with all the comforts of the modern era), the porch swing has a great view, and the breakfasts were divine (and healthy!). We had a great time relaxing, and the hosts were quite welcoming. I can't wait to return!
