We stayed at The Tamarind in Anjuna for 4 days in june and cafe cotinga is the restaurant that serves the food there....Overall very tasty food and customized to meet the requirements of our little one who is 1.5 years old
Day 1: We had jeera rice and dal fry for lunch with a paneer starter... All of which was yum and non spicy... We also had masala chai after that which was freshly brewed for us
For dinner we had potato wedges, the fresh garden pizza and a NY cheesecake..
Again non spicy yet tasty ...Though the cheesecake could have been warmed before serving
Day2: the buffet breakfast has a wide range of things from made to order eggs, smoothie and waffles to boiled eggs, cold cuts, palak paratha, Alu muttar, sevai upma, break, cake and muffin, sheera and the cornflakes and milk and tea along with watermelon juice and fresh fruits...All of which was good and tasty
For dinner we had some dal fry and jeera rice again
Day 3: similar spread of buffet with pav bhaji, peas paratha and upma in the Indian fanfare with hashbrown.. Again all good and tasty
Other meals outside
Day 4:good breakfast as usual...Do try their smoothies waffles and eggs made to order...Really good and try their masala chai in the evening
