Location: Perfectly located in the heart of North Goa. All popular spots are closeby. Room: Opted for wooden cottage....No enough light in room even the mirror in the room is wrongly placed.No locker in room, No wifi. Bathroom: Cleanliness is a big no.Had small openings in corners inviting small bugs. Shower cubicle becomes a lake in 2 minutes of bath.No shaving kit, No toothbrush kit, No comb. Resort: Greenary and plantation are other positives other than location. They also have huge water bodies that lacks maintenance. Facilities: No locker in room, No wifi, No comb kit, No toothbrush kit, No shaving kit, No hair drier. Restaurant & Food: Breakfast was included, never got it on time also when it was ready then too it was incomplete. No breakfast menu on display. Restaurant was too small and shabby, never washed table clothes same old dirty clothes can be seen every day. Service: Never used much of their services but would like to share one experience as we called for some food in room one day and those utensils tray were kept outside our hut during the room cleaning next day and they were there for the next two days till the day checked out. Staff: People are nice and helpful.Infact the last day security guard helped me get a taxi to airport at 5:00 AM , when the guy at reception rejected our request or we would have missed the flight....Location: Perfectly located in the heart of North Goa.
