Stay:
I stayed at deluxe suite on the 16 floor with my family. It is soooo big for 3 people since it has a living room, dining table, and kitchen. If you want to cook, the equipment is provided. There's ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and deposit box. They also provide 3 bottles of water, tea, and café.

Location:
-Supeeeeeer convenient. It is super close to a famosa, a 10minute walj to red buildings, and river. There are so many things to eat around. Mcd, Fried Rice stall, KFC, Nasi Kandar, you name it. Basicly food is everywhere.

Food:
-Breakfast:
Wide variety of food.. The food tastes so so. It's just my preference, but I guess better serve cold milk as a company of the cereal. The asam pedas taste no good. But I love their blueberry jam. It tastes so good.

Minus:
-I stayed in the room faced equatorial hotel that us being renovated. Therefore it is super dark in the night as if we faced a haunted hotel. I know it's not Imperial Heritage Hotel fault but still..
-It's hard to turn on the tv that we need to contact the service for it.

The hotel is located beside Dataran Pahlawan mall, hence walking distance from the melaka river and all the touristy destinations. The hotel is huge with around 15-16 floors but there are only 3 lifts to cater the customers which are super slow hence you end up waiting for 5-10 mins to get on. We were in a studio king room at 9th floor, the room felt like it wasn't opened for quite sometime. The water pressure in the wash basin and shower was not up to the mark. There were ants on the floor. The bathroom door has no lock system. The internet is super bad and constantly disconnects and if you are in corner rooms then you might not even get proper connectivity. For the price paid you can surely look for other options however the location is unbeatable hence 3/5.

Room tip: Higher the floor better the view

Contrary to its pictures online the hotel rooms are very shabby and run down.
Although the location is superb but the owners have just not bothered about the upkeep of the property.
Will not recommend it at all however cheap you may get it for.
