If all you plan on doing is sleeping then you'll like this hotel. It has very comfortable beds. The free breakfast is a joke. I guess you get what you pay for. Speaking about paying. They have a little cubbyhole near the front desk where they sell drinks, candy and a few personal hygene articles. It cost us $12 for two drinks and two candy bars. I guess they really need the money.

Was passing through on my way home from working hurricane relfeif for over a month in florida. Was glag to jave a comfortable predictable stay at another great best western hotel. Internet was slow but they had just went thru hurricane nate as well

Loud employees and loud guests. Breakfast bar was like elementary school bare minimal and roaches in room. The employees kept going up and down the hallways and so did little kids I thought everyone was playing tag.

Housekeeping - problem with previous food being left in refrigerator, no tissue, only 2 towels in room. Very good night sleep. Breakfast area -Coffee, eggs, and sausage cold. Cold food never tastes good when you are expecting hot or warm food.

Here waiting on cruise terminal to open after Hurricane Nate. Hotel appeared ok and the room was ok. Made us sign a waiver stating we would not ask for our money back. The storm was not bad. Employees were at work it just seemed an excuse to offer less service. Breakfast offered was very little with the attendant on their cell phone (might have been a good time to microwave some eggs)

Internet was terrible. My cell service was faster.

Room not super clean. Had not been vacuumed. Stained wall behind the headboard. Tile flooring throughout the hotel was dirty.

Washer and dryer was nasty and did not clean clothes well. Detergent at sundry was overpriced.

The hotel did not have enough towels to operate efficiently. We never received a bath mat. Had to wait hours before getting towels when asked. Then received stained pool towels.

Linens were stained and had holes.

I don’t have to come back. They did have some really nice employees, they just didn’t make up for the shortcoming in other areas.
