I've stayed at this nice hotel many times. I love the location near Jingan Park. The service in the executive lounge is very good, and the executive room is kept very clean. As always, I enjoyed a workout in the hotel's excellent gym followed by sauna and Jacuzzi & Japanese shower. I was disappointed that my son was charged for breakfast in the executive lounge. I couldn't understand the staff member's English, but I think he said only 2 adults per room get free breakfast in the executive lounge; I never had to pay for my son's breakfast in the executive lounge before, so we made up for the overpriced breakfast by drinking extra wine during happy hour. The buffet lunch in the lobby is also overpriced, so we had some pretty good steak sandwiches from the little shop in the lobby. The food and service in the Szechuan restaurant on the top floor are excellent!! Even if we don't stay in the hotel again after it stops being a Hilton in January, we'll still visit the Szechuan restaurant on our next trip to Shanghai. We're sorry that Hilton is leaving Jingan!

I reached the hotel pretty early but I was not able to get an early check-in so the staff made some arrangement for me to shower at the gym and freshen up. Also, I am able to park my luggage at the concierge for the time being.

The next day, I remember the room service lady reminded me to bring along a coat as the weather turns cold. Good service :)

I like that the hotel is quite near the Jing'An metro station.

Room Tip: The room is comfy and the hotel location is very centralize.

Located in business area with nearby shopping and dining; short ride to The Bund area overlooking the rive. Rooms clean, large, reasonable price. Breakfast buffet with lots of choices for Western, European, Chinese tastes. Of note starting Jan. 2018 will not be part of Hilton chain so can't collect Hilton points

This is a solid 4 star hotel. The upper floors give great views of the city (29th and higher). The bar on the 39h floor has some exceptional views, especially of the light show at night along a portion of the Huang Pu River.
The food quality and service was super, both in the morning and evening.
The rooms are moderately sized, well decorated, clean and secure.
Most of the staff understands and speaks English.
After a long tiring day of doing touristy things, this is a nice place to rest.

Room Tip: The higher your room, the better it is. Rooms facing east have the best views.
