I dined here about 5 nights whilst staying in nearby Playa Chiquita.
The food is exquisite, I think I tried all the dishes bar one and all tasted amazing.
Highlights were the Red Snapper in tequila sauce, Sirloin steak in tamarind and sugar cane reduction and an sublime Avocado Lime Pie.
All the staff are lovely, restaurant is run by Ivan (multilingual) a great chef and host.
I can't recommend Diwo enough - it's a high quality dining.
