I dined here at the behest of the chef, Pabro, who uses the freshest of ingredients presented in very innovative ways to delight the palate.
The hotel itself is comprised of suites of various luxury, all for couples and it is therefore not surprising that it is overflowing with honeymooners.
I loved the setting - the dining by the main pool and the service was impeccable.
The only criticism was that I hated the Musak playing incessantly in the background, drowning out the noises of the tropical forest - chicadas, monkeys, birds - so much - all muffled by some repetitive and boring modern chic-rock n roll or soul?More
