We just came back from a transformational time at Luna Lodge... the space is nested in the lush rainforest of Peninsula Osa, a gem of this planet. The visionary creator of this space, Lana, is a generous person who has created a space to nurture the body and the soul. At Luna Lodge the whole staff is warm, friendly and very well versed in the art of hospitality. There are many things to do at the lodge and also around and they provide you with professional guides to co-create all these experiences. They have a gorgeous space for Yoga, meditation, a soothing SPA, trails to waterfalls, beautiful bungalows with amazing views to the mystical forest, a pool and a large dining area that also has a mirador with rocking chairs to sit and watch all the animals that pass by: bright toucans, hawks, monkeys, butterflies...The national park Corcovado is very close and you can arrange a tour to visit it from Luna Lodge. We felt so welcomed and loved there and will love to come back. This place is magical. Thank you Lana and all the loving staff for all the love and care. (Pelican, Lucy, Luna and friends)

The Luna Lodge was a highlight of our 2 week family trip in Costa Rica. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, the food was delicious and fresh, and the bungalows were beautiful. We enjoyed hiking the perimiter and hiking to the waterfalls on our own, but also loved our Corcovado Park tour and Shady Lane tour. Mauro was an excellent guide! The drive was a bit of a nail biter, but once we were passengers in the car for tours and saw how it's done, it got easier. Thank you to Lana, Mom and the staff at Luna Lodge for an incredible stay. We will be back!

Room tip: Loved bungalow #2's view!

I brought a yoga retreat group of 18 women to Luna Lodge for a week of yoga and adventure and it was the best experience I've ever had as a yoga retreat leader. The staff were incredible helpful and accommodating. My participants raved about the body work from Ahmed and Rosie in the spa, reiki and tarot with Lana, the delicious food, clean rooms, expert tour guides, and of course the spectacular views. The yoga platform has space to practice outdoors or under the shelter, depending on the weather. There are bolsters, mats, straps, and a few blankets and blocks.

Room tip: Bungalow 1 has an amazing unobstructed and private rainforest view from the porch and is closest to the main dining area and the pool.

The Goddess Retreat at Luna Lodge was the highlight of my trip in Costa Rica. It’s a beautiful Eco Lodge immersed in the rainforest of the Osa Peninsula. I love how relaxing, harmonious and wild it felt there. All the staff was so loving, caring and accommodating they felt like family during my one week stay. The food there was amazing and so fresh. They accommodated to my vegan gluten free diet and everything was so good! They are also very helpful with setting up your transfer of getting there by car or by charter plane and also has a partner hotel near San Jose International Airport.
My days there consisted of heart opening kundalini yoga every morning at the most beautiful yoga platform, Forrest bathing to the waterfall, massage from Amed, shamanic reiki from Lana, Corcovado National Park tour where we saw so many different animals, cacao ceremony and sound healing, tarot reading, coffee and chocolate body scrub, group dinner where we played games that got us going in fun conversations, and free time to explore meditate, journal and take advantage of the other tours and healing modalities offered there. It’s a beautiful place for for getting in touch with nature and expanding yourself spiritually. Just being with Lana, the owner, was so inspiring for me. She is living what she preaches and she preaches of open heart, love, pure white light, nature’s healing powers, protecting Pachamama and following your intuition.
I also highly recommend her book Married to Paradise. It is about her adventure to creating her dream of building Luna Lodge and learning to follow your intuition.
Thank you Thank you to Luna Lodge, Lana, Amed, all the staff and the rainforest for a wonderful experience✨ I am so grateful for my time spent there.
