I enjoyed the accommodations and stay at this location. WIFI signal was great and the staff we accommodating. The Hotel is in a safe part of town with a grocery and pharmacy within walking distance. There is a Denny's attached to the hotel that provides room service and is open 24/7

Overall hotel infrastructure was acceptable, the room was clean, and no issues with that. There was an inconvenience during check-in had to wait 45 min for the room. The main pool was extremely cold, leading to a large number of kids and adults spending time in the jacuzzi making it not a nice experience at all. Breakfast can improve, bacon wasn’t real bacon but jam cut of similar size as bacon and the coffee tasted overheated for a long time, table and chair setup were too crowded making it easy to step into another guest when needed to stand up. I was never able to connect any of my 3 devices to the Wifi. Last but not least the light setting on the main patio was too low or almost not available in several sectors making it not likely to go and spend time during the night out of the room

Had trouble with our flight leaving San Jose and needed a hotel for two nights. Flight attendant at the airport recommended Best Western Plus. Arrived and ANGEL in reception was so helpful and put us at ease after a stressful situation. He took great care of us and made our stay enjoyable. They also have a great breakfast and nice staff in the restaurant. Only issue was the wi-fi in the room was slow but still recommend the hotel.

Relaxing and centrally located whether on vacation or for business in San Jose. Great pool and very clean, beautiful central garden. Almost luxurious. Substantial breakfast included. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in San Jose for three nights. We had reserved a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Our flight was an hour late arriving plus we waited another hour to get through customs & immigration. By the time we got out of the airport, the shuttle had left. Don’t they check the flight arrival schedules? We were able to get a taxi to the hotel which was cheaper than the shuttle anyway. We’d reserved a room with one king bed but we’re given a room with two small queen beds. Comfortable beds, no fridge, sufficient towels, very few toiletries - one small soap, one small shampoo, one conditioner for two people for three days. Besides all that, the breakfasts were delicious & plentiful, internet was fine, gardens, pool & hot tub area were lovely. Staff were polite & friendly. We booked a great city bus tour at the tour desk in the lobby.

Room tip: Be sure to ask for a room with a pool & garden view rather than the street/parking lot view.

We are also glad that you found our breakfast so wonderful, our Food & Beverages Staff are always striving to make it as varied and tasty as possible. Please accept our apologizes if room was not the one you ask for and your room supplies weren’t enough. Please accept our most sincere apologies because the shuttle service wasn’t what you expected. This service is semi-collective for all our guests, that’s why have such a good price. If there is several persons arriving at the same time or in the same flight we pick them up together. But if there’s guests already on board and the rest of the passengers haven't come out yet, the shuttle wait a reasonable time and leave to the hotel. It’ll come back for the others clients around an hour after, because that is the time it takes for the round trip to the hotel and back to the airport. We assure you that we are going to take your comment into account because our guests' feedback is extremely important and valuable to us. It is always a pleasure being at your service.
