This is your basic Best Western with decent rooms, a nice breakfast, a clean pool. The front desk staff is kind but their system is wildly inefficient creating long lines. Check in was effortful, check out took at least 10 minutes. The real hitch in the stay was the shuttle service. The shuttle did NOT show up for our ride from the airport to the hotel despite a reservation (and confirmation) being made. So, after a long wait, and a long telephone call, the front desk agent told us to take a cab. The morning shuttle to the airport was 15 minutes late. And, because of these glitches, I cancelled my reservation upon my return to San Jose.
