Great location. Beautiful garden and pool area. Rooms are old but well kept and functional, however NO fridge in a room in a tropical country is definitely unacceptable and a must and not extra item to pay for. Breakfast is very good and in a nice place.

We are very happy that it was good, that you found our location to be nothing less than great (we are about 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown and from the country's best commercial and entertainment areas), our garden and pool area so beautiful and our complimentary daily breakfast so good. We are very sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately, our hotel does not have mini fridges in the rooms. We apologize if that caused you any inconveniences.

My wife and I were fortunate to get a last minute room here with reward points after our vacation rental went very poorly. Rooms are a bit antiquated for a best western but the hotel is making improvements. Lobby, pool and breakfast area are all new and very nice as well as staff, especially Andrey the night audit who helped us switch rooms after they put us in a handicapped room. Attached Dennys restaurant feels right at home.

It is very rewarding knowing that you had a ver pleasant stay since nothing is more important than seeing our guests totally comfortable and satisfied. Loved everything about the hotel, the only thing was that when I went to take a shower it was pretty cold. Although, it is possible I just couldn't figure out how to make it hotter. I was only there for 2 nights but was very happy with the hotel. I would definitely stay here again as it was extremely clean and staff were very hospitable and helpful.

Quiet and beautiful. Breakfast was really good. Staff very nice. Hot tub nice at night to relax. Grocery store right beside it. Sangria restaurant downstairs was good also. The pool view was a bonus..

This is your basic Best Western with decent rooms, a nice breakfast, a clean pool. The front desk staff is kind but their system is wildly inefficient creating long lines. Check in was effortful, check out took at least 10 minutes. The real hitch in the stay was the shuttle service. The shuttle did NOT show up for our ride from the airport to the hotel despite a reservation (and confirmation) being made. So, after a long wait, and a long telephone call, the front desk agent told us to take a cab. The morning shuttle to the airport was 15 minutes late. And, because of these glitches, I cancelled my reservation upon my return to San Jose.

We are very sorry and upset that it was not up to your expectations due to some inconveniences you experienced. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the delay you had with the shuttle transportation service. We are very distressed that it never showed when you arrived and that it was 15 minutes late for your return to the airport. This is something that is not supossed to happen since nothing is more important than our guests' total comfort, satisfaction and well being. We assure you that we are going to see to it that it never happens again. We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced for the delay while checkin in. We are very sorry that it happened but as you were able to see, there were many other guests checking in that day at the same time as you were. We assure you that our front desk staff is very efficient and are totally committed to our guests just like our other staff is.
