I ate lunch on different occasions at this hotel and the food or most of the plates were really good. The restaurant is quiet which was a plus for me . The view of TEATRO NACIONAL was great. The hotel is located a block away from Avenida Central which is heavely guarded by the police in case someone is concern about safety.

Very good hotel.. great location.. near all main attractions! Highly recommend.. excellent restaurant.. very good food and well presented..felt very secured.. near the Hotel was the principal theater and a lot of fast food restaurants

Central to everything. Very nice facilities with hot breakfast (check if included in your booking, if not extra fees but affordable). Staff are really helpful and accommodating. We had to leave unexpectedly early in the morning but they made it all possible with packed breakfast to go. That was extra ordinary. Highly recommend!

My new favorite Hilton property. Checked in for 1 night on my way south. Loved it so much came back for two nights on my way home.
Cannot say enough about the charm of the place. It’s small and a converted old building but great lengths have been made to make it cozy and elegant.
As a Hilton Diamond I was treated to an upgrade both stays and a lovely morning breakfast. The evening reception, held in the small dinning area on the 5th floor with a view of the National Theater was absolutely divine. Along with wine by the glass I was served an appetizer plate which was soooo delicious.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym well equipped. Location perfect. Right next to walking mall, several blocks to central market.
Will definitely stay here on all my stays through San Jose!

The hotel is extremely nice with friendly & professional staff. The room has everything you need; they even provide an umbrella for rainy days. I will stay again on my next visit to San Jose. You won’t be disappointed.
