We couldn't believe how efficiently this hotel took care of the hundreds of tourists coming through this property. Nice, clean room...nice shopping...cute bar...the evening piano player was a nice touch!More

We stayed here as part of a tour. Our room was large and well maintained. There was a highway nearby, but the lush vegetation muffled the noise. Upon arriving, we were given a free drink coupon. The bartender at the pool bar was rude and anything but welcoming. Other than that, our stay was uneventful. Buffet meals in the restaurant were quite varied and tasty.

Brilliant room (with a mountain view) on 6th floor with private lounge for premier guests. Well stocked and free snacks and drinks available all day. We had breakfast included too which had a comprehensive and generous selection of hot and cold buffet. Dinner in the evening was excellent too, and staff were all very well trained.
So good, we came back at the end of our touring vacation for another night! Easy access to the airport too.

We stayed here for 2 nights on arrival in San Jose and 1 night before departure.
Check in was very efficient and our rooms were bright, modern and comfortable. There was a coffee machine but no kettle.
We ate in the main restaurant and chose to have the buffet meal. There was good choice but as with most buffets the standard of the food was a bit lack- lustre. Sometimes the restaurant was very crowded.
Breakfasts were good and there was somebody making omelettes and pancakes to order.
On our return the lovely Hazel checked us in for our flights and she was a delight to deal with as things were not straight forward.

Excellent service all around, very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Booking was a breeze, I highly recommend it whether getting away on a couples retreat or family vacation it was certainly worth every penny, you won’t regret it. Cannot wait to go back.
