Stayed for two days on route to Puerto Viejo. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to many restaurants and attractions. Even the hotel restaurant was very good. Burgers some of the best we ever had!

It is a large hotel, not very charming but practical to start or end a discovery of Costa Rica, we slept only one night before our cruise, functional room and bathroom, free and varied breakfast, excellent coffee, good internet connection, very correct price

My wife and I recently stayed one night here after our initial arrival in Costa Rica. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit worn. The staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. The restaurant and the waiters are the stand-outs at the hotel. They are very accommodating for a person that has a lot of food issues such as me. The food was excellent and the beer cold!

We being there for 3 nights, it ok. regular hotel, maybe the Covid-19 makes everything goes slow. But if you have a quick trip, that's the perfect spot, nice beds, clean room, fresh breakfast and nice service.

I was charged for minibar which I did not even consume and had brought it to the hotels notice at the time of check out. They did not charge me then however it was charged after I left without my authorisation. And now it’s been almost 2 months and they still not responding to my emails!! It is frustrating and deeply dishonest on their part. Also how do I know if they will not use my info for more charges. Very very poor experience
