This is a really nice little hotel in San Jose, close to a number of restaurants and a short walk to the walking streets downtown. The Owner and staff really go out of their way to may your stay as pleasant as possible.
There are a some negative reviews of the property, I believe they all refer to a couple of interm owners who mismanaged the place....so your pretty safe to disregard them imo

Staff great. Rooms great. Central San Jose . Owner Kurt is like staying with your uncle. Breakfast great. Tour’s can be signed up for on site. Local restaurants are exceptional. Hong’s Chinese restaurant the best. All visitors very friendly from all over the world. Sitting around during the day is always a laugh. Repeat visitors daily. Have stayed there a number of time. Medical tourism the best. Been there twice for dental with wife.

If you ever come to San José and need a good hotel to stay at I can highly recommend this one. It’s a good price, has very comfy beds (made me sleep longer than expected ) and a yummy yummy breakfast included. The view from the rooftop isn’t bad either . There are lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance and last but not least there’s Angel who owns this place and helps you with EVERYTHING!!
