I was pleasantly surprised to find a Dim Sum place like this in San Jose. The place looks misleading on the outside, just a big pink house. Once you are in, it looks like your standard dim-sum restaurant in Toronto, Canada (sorry, this is my reference point). Maybe 20-30 medium and large tables with lazy susan's in the middle for sharing. Most of the people eating were oriental, which I see as a good sign in a Chinese restaurant!. White linens and classic Chinese restaurant decor. Little carts go around with a selection of classic dim sum items (Har Gao, Pork Shu Mai, BBQ pork buns, etc). You can also order things from the main menu (I got a fairly good and spicy pepper-salt squid). Overall, most of the people in my well traveled party of 9 people liked their food and thought it was fairly authentic (although some people expressed reservations about trying pig's ears or chicken feet). Service was a bit slow, but courteous.
