The customer service was great. After walking around Soldotna and eating dinner, we returned to the motel at 10 p.m. and realized we had forgotten our keys. I knocked on the "staff" door expecting the employee to appear annoyed at my disturbance; however, the motel employee appeared more than happy to assist. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This was our 4th or 5th visit to this hotel and it left us very disappointed. We know times are difficult with Covid, but wouldn’t that make small businesses strive to make your experience that much better? Not this stay. There was never anyone in the office. You had to call a number posted on the door to get any help. Breakfast was only offered for 2 of the 4 days we were there and the hotel didn’t offer a substitution either. In the past, the hotel always had water and snacks available. Nothing this time. Went to the vending machine, it took my money but I didn’t get a drink. The room didn’t get taken care of 1/2 of the time we were there either. We had a friend staying in another room and had to get coffee from his room. The billing got messed up as well, even though we booked through Best Western ahead of time. In the past, we would have always recommended this hotel. Now, we would recommend staying somewhere else.

I am so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your last stay. Due to COVID-19, we did experience a lot of issues with finding employees. We also had to stop suppling the room with water and snack. Sorry.

Ended up here for a night because of another property that needed to cancel. Well kept and comfortable. An older motor lodge style property, but well maintained. If you have mobility issues or lots of luggage... make certain to get a ground floor, no elevator. Coupon provided for breakfast at the restaurant across the parking lot.

Nice rooms. Bathroom was a little small but overall great room. When we needed more towels, water and coffee pods they were delivered almost immediately. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in.

It a good hotel. Not the best. But it’s a best western. And in a small town. Beds were comfortable. It’s clean. And has air conditioner. While normally probably not needed. Air flow is nice. And when sun burned and they are having a heat wave. Hits the spot. Staff was friendly. Only reason I’m giving a 4 is it’s a lil old. And well it’s a best western. But it does it’s job well. But if expectation is a new high end hotel. Not going to be impressed. But I’d stay agian.
