its a bit far out from the town. but its very quiet. amazing place, spacious. we had good treatment. private spa treatment. good massage. found a crab in the pool but it was awesome! i think they cooked it.

This villa is beautiful. It could be better maintained, but the best thing is the large pool, and the privacy you can have.
The room is spacious, the bed very comfortable.
The bathroom is very large and cute.
For the price is very good (approx 68 euros). If it costs more than this, see that there are many options nearby.
You need a motorbike because there is no restaurant nearby, nor shops. room service was too expensive
The breakfast as stated in other reviews is very veryyyyy poor
The staff was amazing
Place is soooo private, worth for the money, pool is very large, outdoor bathroom is nice..

Low water pressure in the shower which took your bath time irritatingly long, breakfast food was not warm, grass were not trimmed. It's a bit annoying as well since telephone was not provided in the villa thus we had to went back and forth to informed the staff whenever we need or asked some things. Kudos to privacy and space, though.

Regarding the water pressure, since we are using water that comes out from the well, sometimes it makes the piping clogged sometimes, we deeply apologize regarding this matter. We arrived late at night to the Villa. We had ordered some sandwiches but we get only some juice. Unfortunately Villa Anggrek was not how it looked in the pictures. The Villa was pretty worn, there were mold in the bathtub, the wall plug in the bathroom was loose. In the pool there were 2 crabs, and first night we saw a rat running on top of wall. We were supposed to stay there for 14 nights but firts night was also the last one... Would not recommend...

First of all we deeply apologize for your inconvenience stay at Askara Villa. Regarding staffing most of our butters are on stand by and take orders until 4PM, after that we have security or one housekeeping on standby. Correct me if I am wrong, as far as i tried to communicate with the staffs they did not receive any order for sandwiches, Orange Juice is actually complimentary welcome drinks for our villa guests.
Regarding the wall plug, we really apologize regarding this matter, will closely consider this detail matter for not reoccurring.
Regarding Crabs at the pool, again we do apologize what happened at the pool that time. The Villas are actually located in an outside nature close to rice fields, rivers and mostly open spaces, where somehow reptiles, rats or insects are something out of our control especially in Indonesia. We do perform pest controls regularly and of course housekeeping cleans up before guests checking in.
We deeply apologize if our pictures does not meet your expectation. for pictures, for sure we use photography service for our default villa pictures and of course pictures are edited but in some extent only to make it look more natural (lighting setups). But as a budget luxury villas we strive to give our guests the best service as we can.
Overall we are very sorry if your expectation did meet the reality. We are also trying to improve quality of stays for our guests as affordable luxury villas . We do hope that we could welcoming you back here again anytime.

I still miss Askara Villa! It's incredibly beautiful and spacious with your own private pool, outside kitchen, daybed, huge bedroom with walk in wardrobe and the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen in Bali so far!
The staff is very welcoming cook you a fresh delicious breakfast every morning. I loved the tranquility of this villa nestled amongst rice fields and only a 10 - 15 min. to Canggu's restaurant, bars and surfspots. The value of this villa is incredible!
The picture on the internet are exactly what it looks like in real life!
