My husband and I did the tasting menu and I can't recommend it enough. The tuna starter is encrusted in a crispy rice, which is unbelievable and truly unforgettable. I think it was our favorite thing we ate the entire trip! The portions for the tasting are just right. You can also gaze over the shark and fish swimming below through the restaurant's glass bottom in the middle of the room. Beautiful space, top notch service and incredible food.

Fine dining over the sharks pen below. We dined 2 nights in a row because the service and the food was so exceptional. The first night we had the 5 course tasting menu and the encrusted tuna was orgasmic. The second night Sue had black papio which is a local fish. Unbelievable taste. The first night we had a 1 cur Mrrrsault and the second night we had a cote rotie from Chapotier. All sandwiched in between spotless service. Recommend without reservation. No pun intended

Nice restaurant, very delicious high end French food. You can see the sharks below through the see through glass on the floor. Service is very good, servers are always checking to make sure everything is ok.

Our dinner at Jean-Georges Lagoon was the culinary highlight of our trip through the Polynesian isles. Very expensive, but definitely worth it. We had to pay for a taxi back and forth from the pier, pay for a launch across the water to the St. Regis, plus premium prices for a tasting menu within pairings. Extraordinary and highly memorable food with service to match!
