We stopped for lunch and ate on the terrace. (Dogs welcome!) The prices are reasonable and service ok but the burgers were a little overdone. However they were tasty. The foyer of the hotel is interesting and looks like it belongs in an old western.

Thank you for coming in to see our restaurant. It was unfortunate your burger was not cooked to your liking hopefully you will give us a chance to improve in that area.

If you’ve never visited Bisbee Arizona you need to put it on your traveling list. It’s an old silver mining town be sure to stop for drinks on the patio, I recommend their Blue Margaritas!!! The best way to cool down in the middle of the day!

The restaurant at the Copper Queen Hotel was a lovely elegant place in the quaint Hotel! The food and service was excellent. The dining wear was a beautiful Bone China. We sat on the outside patio the overlooked to fun little town of Bisbee. Next time we would probably stay at the beautiful hotel. It is supposed to be haunted...

We are glad you enjoyed your visit to the hotel. A lot has been put into the design and appearance of our restaurant and it's wonderful to hear that it is appreciated. We would love to have you as our guest on your next stay in Bisbee. Our new website 1902thespiritroom.com is now up and running to help you see upcoming events and view our menu options.

We ate three meals at the Copper Queen restaurant on December 31st and January 1st. We were there for New Year's Eve. While the food was good they still have some Kinks that they need to work out. When we had breakfast they had no jelly for the toast. We always had to ask for salt and pepper and remind them to bring items that we asked for. On New Year's Eve they had a special dinner and we attended that. It was supposed to be with champagne. They completely forgot the champagne and we had to remind them three times. I know they were busy but it seemed like they needed to have a better manager in charge of things. The hotel itself was comfortable for an older Hotel. In our room there was some wallpaper coming off the wall which needed to be repaired. The TV was very very old but it did work. I think more attention to details is needed by this hotel particularly the food service. I know it's an older hotel but they could fix the wallpaper that was falling off the wall too.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to review us. We have been working on smoothing out our operation as quickly as we can. Currently we did start making a strawberry jam in house to serve with toast. New Years Eve was challenging for us and we have reviewed where we fell short so that future events can go smoother. We have also been working with different ways to both add sufficient room for guests at the table and placing everything as conveniently as possible without crowding. During our breakfast service we do keep salt and pepper at the table and during dinner by request. The continued renovation of the hotel is our goal. We do plan on renovating the rooms and the rest of our hotel and hope you can join us more in the future as we bring the hotel back to its former glory.

My husband and I decided to have New Years Eve dinner at this newly opened restaurant. We have been coming to the Copper Queen for over 40 years having spent our wedding night here. Our meal was very good so we extend our compliments to the chef. I hope this restaurant is successful and hope the wait staff can be properly trained to enhance the dining experience. While I realize this was a busy night (at a flat rate of $45.00 per plate), the staff was harried and clearly inexperienced. The waitress or waiter can make or break the meal even when the food is delicious.

Having just reopened we are learning how to do things more efficiently We agree that a server can make or break the meal and we will continue to improve and retrain to ensure that the best service standards are met. We would love to have you back in the future to let us know how we are doing.
