We were welcomed by a hound in the parking lot. Intrigued by the beautiful décor, we decided to sit for a beer and then opted for breakfast. Seating is provided inside or outside. On a Saturday morning the venue quickly filled up, providing a festive atmosphere. The owner was present and spoke to all the patrons and was jovial and hospitable. Besides ‘Die Ratels’ craft beer, we ordered pork belly and breakfasts. Mine was a jaffel (toasted bread in a jaffel pan) with a breakfast filling. All the dishes were attractively presented, were tasty and the portions were ample.
In general we have had an outstanding experience.
Ideal for a gourmet breakfast, brunch or lunch.
