Very dated! Bathroom tub was a jacuzzi at one time. No longer operational and black mold in the jets. The heat light on the ceiling was removed and a gaping hole showing dirty cobwebs and no functional fan. The towel rack had been moved a few times. Holes filled but never painted. Basin drained slowly, toilet didn’t flush properly, sink faucet worked poorly. Upside down light switches. Price on marquee stated $39.95. Rooms start at $52.00. Bed was poorly made.(wrinkles) but was comfortable. No coffee in the room. Free breakfast was almost basic.

Stopped here during a long road trip just for a night. For the price it’s pretty good. The manager was very nice and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived and everything in the room worked. The free breakfast was what you would expect from a budget motel, toast, pastries, cereal, coffee and juice. If I was passing through town again I would definitely stay here again.

Although the managers of this hotel are very nice the place is a dive. The manager asked us to not fiddle with the air conditioner controls. This should have alerted us to not stay here, but we had already paid. The air conditioner would cool off and then about 10 minutes later start blowing hot air. No good in Arizona. The beds were rock hard. Trains are very close by and run every hour throughout the night. There was construction going on at the hotel when we arrived with a table saw set up right outside our window in the parking space and they did not knock off until 8 pm. In the morning there was a live cockroach in the sink. A complete waste of $80. for not getting any sleep and needing to drive to California the next day.

This is a budget motel and it is perfectly fine. If you want 4* or more, don't choose budget motels. The town is good with plenty of food and gas places down the road. It is an hours drive to the grand canyon skywalk. The place itself is fine. Clean, big rooms. Huge bed. Okay bathroom and okay breakfast. It's continental so you get toast, pastries and juice. We were served by a lovely gentleman and enjoyed our stop here on our way through Arizona.
Only bad points were not enough pillows and a few of the lights didn't work.

After almost 12 hours on the road I just want to rest. Unfortunately, this hotel is lacking in cleanliness. I don't require 5 stars, but I do require clean. My skin is literally crawling in this disgusting place. Bed sheets were stained and comforter had burn marks in non smoking room. The bathtub looks like the black mold has permanently stained the bottom. Overbed Lights were not plugged in upon arrival and barely work when plugged in. The other lights wouldn't turn on. I am not sure how it is acceptable to even charge someone to be present in such a place. I will never stay here again.
