All we can say: all the other positive comments are true. Clean rooms, perfect breakfast, super friendly owners (with lots of recommendations for day trips and restaurants) and perfectly located. I would recommend this place to my friends and come back for another stay in Cape Town!

I felt at home from the time I was greeted at the door by Shane and Lea. Breakfast was a real treat in that all the guests felt like part of the family.
The location is perfect and in walking distance to many attractions like the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, Greenmarket Square and the Company Gardens. Numerous restaurants are also in walking distance.
Shane and Lea's helpful suggestions as to where to go and what to do and which food markets to visit and even help in arranging tours.
Will certainly plan another trip to visit them.

Breakfast was served out in the garden where hosts, Shane and Lea, joined guests for morning discussions, real homely. Location was good for walks along the beach front and close to the V&A Waterfront. Room was nice with comfortable beds and great shower.

Well located B&B and good base for exploring Cape Town, walkable for V&A, Green Point, and Sea Point
Shane and Lea are very welcoming and friendly people and want their guest to enjoy what their city has to offer. They have seemingly unlimited knowledge on things to do and are more than happy to share it.
it was a delight to meet and interact with our hosts and fellow guests over a leisurely breakfast in their compact but pretty garden
Would be more than happy to return Bill & Jennifer West Berks UK
