Just what you need in Cape Town. The guesthouse is at walking distance to the Waterfront, and close to a supermarket and to restaurants, it serves delicious breakfast, offers very comfortable rooms and a discrete but friendly atmosphere prevails. Pricing is very correct.

I often peruse Trip advisor when arriving in a new location,On this occasion a friend recommended this guest house from his previous trip.
15/20 minutes walk to the CBD,10 mins to
The Victoria and Alfred,Waterfront which is a must when visiting Cape Town.
A Laundry and good restaurants only 2 minutes away.
Helpful and pleasant staff but if you are from a more humorous part of the world you must forgive the South Africans their lack of enthusiastic warmth in welcoming you.
There is a underlying anxiety in most South Africans and from
An outside perspective it can be interpreted as aloofness,Disinterest or rude but one must take on board the local psych ,There is not a lot of trust in the streets, everyone has a story.
My stay here was quiet , pleasant , and I wished for no more. Not 5 star but you won't be dissatisfied. Just over a $100 per night its great value.

The only positive is the location. It´s near to The V&A Waterfront, good restaurants, shops and entertainment. No wifi and the rooms are little bit old... I´d recommend another onte than this, inspite of the friendly customer service.
