Just returned from this hotel. we were in a family room near the reception. i had no problem with this room the size was great. The food in the main resturants was great and also the a la carte resturants were amazing. we managed to do Italian, French, Turkish, Chinese and Mexican without any booking problems over a 11 night holiday. Found the hotel amazing. Only negative =drinks being served at meal times in main resturants. could really do with Juice beer and wine fonts to help yourself, also the same with tea and coffee jugs. WILL BE BACK SOON. Well done to all the staff who really work hard and are always smiling. THANK YOU

My husband, 3 year old son and I have just come back from our week break in Belek. We chose this hotel because of its good ratings & reviews and to be honest we didn't get disappointed.
It's very nice hotel, great facilities. Lovely family pool, with great kids pool, had no problems with finding free beds at any time of the day, pretty & clean beach, good main buffet restaurant (got a bit busy & noisy in the evenings but there were always free tables, besides the hotel has adult only buffet restaurant for those who want a bit quieter place), cake shop with yummy cakes & pastries). The big hit with our 3 year old was the funfair - it's an old fashion fun fair with Ferris wheel, merry-go-round and train ride - fab place for under 6 year old. Also on the positive side, the hotel had loads going on, at other hotels you find that there is an evening show and a disco and that's all, at Voyage there was plenty of entertainment activities during the day as well as evenings to suit everyone –pool games, kids club (most of carers were Russian there and most of kids too, to be honest), bowling alley (to be paid extra), evening shows (kids & after that family), live music by the family pool, nice Planet bar (with live music on some evenings), cinema, disco, small aqua park.

The hotel is quite spread out, best location, in our opinion, was the main building or adjacent buildings. We paid extra 500 pounds for a family room (2 connected bedrooms). When arrived we were given a family room but in a building as far from the main building, pool & beach as possible. This was not ideal with a small child and no buggy! We asked to change a room but were told that unless we pay extra we won't get moved. Only after our rep's intervention we got moved to the main building but to a standard room. The room was fine and we regretted we paid extra for the other room. The hotel staff generally is polite, nice and attentive but when trying to change a room we found the reception staff rather unhelpful, they were polite but you could see they didn’t care less.
Few negatives:
Our room didn’t get cleaned till 3-4pm every day. This was not very convenient as our boy was still taking a nap during the day. Also, to echo other reviews: hairdryer is dreadful – no power at all and after 15min or so the handle got so hot that was unusable; bedding – just a very thin blanket – not enough for me so I ended up wearing a long sleeve to bed (my husband likes cool room at night); air conditioning works well but is rather noisy; automatic a la carte restaurant booking system rather inefficient – on few occasions I gave up as it was taking ages to book a table (you are asked to chose the restaurant, then time then chose between group & room booking and finally to input number of guests only to find out that there is no table and you had to start all over again; would be quicker to input time and number of guest at the beginning and then be given a list of available restaurants).

Overall, a good family hotel, also nice for adults & couples. Would we come back? Maybe, the room problem left a bit of bad taste in my mouth but if the price was good we may... We are now looking to go back to Belek next May/June but for now looking into different hotels. Definitely, if we do go back to Voyage won't pay extra for a larger room!

Room Tip: check room allocation prior the arrival, some rooms are quite away from most facilities.

I have just returned from our first visit to the Voyager Belek, we spent a week ( sorry it was not 14 days ) This was the best all -inclusive hotel we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a few. The hotel was excellent and the staff were so helpful, with so many options regarding restaurants within the hotel the food was excellent. Our room in the main hotel ( 1457) was very modern and clean with excellent views of the beach and sea. We will have no hesitation in recommending the Voyager to friends and business colleaqes and we will be returning in the near future. Well done the Voyager Belek.

Just back from this fabulous hotel and what can I say that has already not been written which to be honest will be not a lot, we had the great fortune to meet bluepeter and his lovely wife hope all is going well with you both ;-)
Back to the hotel now, the food great,drinks great not too strong but just nice,staff great,hotel spotless you might get the drift here that all was great, I am sure you can complain about things for the sake of it if that is what you look for in a holiday then it makes no difference where you go in the world but as for me my wife,daughter and 10yr old son we had no complaints with the hotel,staff,weather whatsoever what more would you want..
The only thing that might boil your blood a little is the other holiday guests as I wonder sometimes how they manage to buy or get served in there own countries as some people dont know or even understand what it is to wait in a queue but to the full credit to the very hard working staff they do try there best to serve in a sort of first come first serve way.
The summer season starts to slow down and a few of the entertainment shows like the 4 seasons and the beach foam party stopped so think it might start reverting to winter program from or after 18th September from what we saw. Try the different pools as relax pool,entertainment pool,slides pool,adult pool, it is like 3/4 different hotels as they are all so different. The entertainment staff work very hard and long hours but always spend a bit of time to speak to the guests and the shows they put on are pretty good ok not broadway but what would you expect. The pier party was great the band where very good the fireworks where great, hope this gives you another insite into the great Voyage Hotel all inclusive concept, we will return to a Voyage hotel again without hesitation and if you have booked or thinking about it I am sure you will have a great and wonderful time.
We have now stayed at the Voyage Torba very good but the Voyage Belek is that little bit better. I think they have set there standards very high and will have to work even harder to sustain that level but I am sure they will so it is a thumbs up from us.

We travelled here in the last 2 weeks of August with our two granddaughters aged 5 and 6. The temperature sometimes topped 43 degrees but the heat did not seem oppressive. I was very surprised by the lack of headwear on children in such fierce heat, our 2 never had their hats off even in the water.

RECEPTION:
Helpful and informative gave a really helpful booklet with all Hotel information you will need.

ROOM:
No towel animals, children very disappointed! Room was spacious. We had a family suite which was 2 separate bedrooms with adjoining bathroom and dressing area. We were at the very edge of the resort by Reception but that was fine, probably a 10 min walk with the children to the main areas but I believe that if we had been in the main building we would not have seen how pretty the entire resort was or the kittens and squirrels and the wake up call of the cicadas! The balcony was light and a good size but unsure of why there was only 2 chairs in a suite for 4 people! The air conditioning was excellent and easy to work. Beds only have a cotton cover on them consequently 1 double cover and 1 king size bed causes a bit of a fight at bedtime, pillows were good and plentiful, previous reports said beds were hard - didn't find them hard or a problem. Mini bar had not very much in it and £5 didn't get you any more, restocking was very hit and miss. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of storage. Apparently if you want tea/coffee making in your room you just need to ask housekeeping.

BUFFET RESTAURANT:
This was exactly how others has said, crowded and hard to get a drink! No-ones fault , it's just really busy. If you have children then sit in their restaurant, the service is quicker (sometimes). The service in the eating area outside was much better – just a bit further to carry your food. The choice of food was really good especially when you consider the mass catering involved. Take your time to go round it all, the good thing is the majority is in the same place every night.

A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS:

There are 2 sittings ; one at 7pm and one at 8.30pm. The booking is simple and it's true what other contributors have said, the automated system is hit and miss, I called at exactly 9am for the Italian Restaurant and it was already fully booked!

All the A La Carte’s were all good and I’m not going to spoil it by telling you all about them – try them, they really are all so good.

RELAXATION AND REFRESHMENT AREAS;
The bars are well spread out and there are plenty of seating areas throughout the complex. It says on the website that there are ice creams available – this is so not true – THERE ARE LOADS AVAILABLE - Twister, Magnum, Callipo, Cornetto and many many more our girls were very impressed by the choice, these are available by the pool bar, by the beach bar and in the Children’s Club.

WATER PARK and POOLS:
Compact but good fun and no queues in even the height of summer, works well except for the fact that there are not enough double rafts which causes a bit of friction with children who do not want to share them! The children's pool is about 18" deep with cute little slides for little people. The main pool is massive with a really good safe children's area at the back that gives no access for small ones to the big pool.

ENTERTAINMENT;
The majority of the shows are held in the Auditorium which is hot – but they do have a huge fridge with bottled water and there is sometimes ice cream available there. Some of the shows were good, some just mediocre and some we just didn’t fancy but go along they are good fun. They team also do the usual games by the pool etc. every day. Once a week they have a foam party on the beach – that was such seriously good fun – they even bring a portable bar and refreshments down to the beach which is a nice touch. They also once a week have a giant inflatable in the big pool. The entertainment team work really hard and deserve a big thanks. The Children’s Club runs from 10am – 10 pm they will even take the children to lunch and dinner if you want. They also work hard and the area is the best I have ever seen for children.

FUN FAIR;
The girls loved this and there is plenty of seating for the parents.

GARDENS;
Just a quick mention on the gardens as no-one ever mentions how beautiful they are. Their layouts are really lovely and the statues are really a taliking point on their own.

My overall impression is one of great approval. We have been going to Mexico for the past 5 years with and without the girls and this hotel is as good if not better without the jet lag. It is not cheap – it was more expensive than Mexico but still get the thumbs up from us all. We will be back to Antalya not sure if I would go back to the Voyage as there are so many very similar hotels on the same stretch of coast might make it a mission to try them all!!
