This hotel was perfect for what me and my partner needed. Easy check in £15 for air con and you could do a tab to your room which I find easier. People said the beds were always taken by the pool, personally don’t think that’s is a hotel problem that’s other guests been rude. If we couldn’t find a bed we just lounged in the baby pool. Staff are lovely and helpful. Great location to the beach and also to visit the surrounding towns. Wouldn’t bother with breakfast as it’s not that great and same daily but you can get a fry up close by. Room was cleaned daily and linen changed on request. Over all it was good for what we paid and I would be happy to stay again

This was a 1st visit for me and the family.

We found on arrival we were asked if we wanted aircon and a fridge and this would cost £20 (200 lira) each which is ridiculous! Everyone needs aircon and a fridge! You have to pay for a safe too! Oh and you have to pay £20 (200 lira) to stay a little longer on your last day.

We found George the resteraunt manager was only interested in you for a couple of day’s and then just ignored afterwards. He would talk to us 4 times if we were lucky enough!
The only time George became animated was when the Turkish/English guest that come every year arrived and then he couldn't do enough for them being at their beck and call for their full stay. This was just my personal opinion!

The breakfast was the same everyday, if you like boiled eggs for breakfast, then stay here! If we were lucky we could have pancakes/omelets once a week. It should be a Bacon, eggs, hash brown, Mushrooms etc for breakfast not just boiled eggs!!

The way they take your room number for drinks needs to change as anyone can add a drink to a random door number! Basically you could say room 114 and they add it to your account. How about asking for your door key to prove you sleep there would be a idea?

We had no entertainment in all the time we were there, we were lucky if we got football on the tv.

On a good note the guy on reception and the two Ibo's who look after the pool and grounds and the cleaning ladies were always polite and cheerful.

====
WiFi - Very Slow and Shocking! You need better speeds! I had to sit in the corner of my room at one point to get a signal!!
====
Sun beds - By 7am there are no beds at all! People were leaving towels on the beds and not arriving until 4pm , towels got took off at night eventually but by 7am it was almost full again. See picture to prove it
===
Snooker Table - It’s sooooo OLD and balls are missing - Change the Pool Table!
====
Kids Play Area - Completely shut off! Take the description off your travel agents page!
====
BREAKFAST AND DINNER - First week we was there they did a non buffet and we had kebab, Pancakes, Chips, Anything you wanted, etc then it stopped the second week - It needs to be consistent otherwise people are just going to eat out.
BLUE LAGOON HOTEL - If your reading this, you need to do the changes above otherwise customers will NOT come back!

Thank you

Currently staying here, lovely hotel with great food and service!
Staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Here as a single black woman with my son and it’s very safe here!
Great shop nest door, onu the shops owner is a delight of a man, very welcoming and loving man.
My son and I will miss him when we return “home”. His prices at the shop are very reasonable and great variety of goods, snacks and drinks ect.
I will return to this hotel again and highly recommend Blue lagoon deluxe to all!
Very short walk to the beautiful beaches! 10 min or so walk to the blue lagoon itself!
Perfect location.
Lots to do! Lovely food and so many restaurants. locally!
Highly recommend TIKI restaurant down the road near beach.
Many Brits here during our stay.
The Turkish are beautiful, friendly people, if you have never been to Turkey I recommend you come and see.

Thanks to all at Blue lagoon deluxe

Enjoy

Stopped here with my boyfriend early august and was pretty quiet to start - booked an extra day and managed to accommodate us. Booked a double room and got a twin. Air con was £20, fridge was £20. We stopped here for 9 days and managed a pool day 3 times. By 7am there are no beds at all! People were leaving towels on the beds and not arriving until 4pm , towels got took off at night eventually but by 7am it was almost full again.We had to go elsewhere which is shame as we would have spent a lot at the bar! Watch your bar tab too as some drinks got added to ours that we didnt have - the staff changed it right away though! Balcony is about 1m x 1m. The last day we kept our room on but left our towels to dry on the railings outside, maids threw them away which is VERY disappointing -if we was leaving them we would have left them on the floor in the room

Room tip: Standard rooms are tiny and the deluxe rooms are right next to the pool and dont have a 'sit out' balcony
