One of the worst place I have ever been. Rooms are dirty, bed linen also. Beds are very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are disgusting. I advice not to go. Breakfast is OK, but lack of choice. For this price you will get much better places in Buenos.

After travelling for 28 hours we were worn out as you can imagine, dreading not being able to check in until 2pm. As it was only 8am when we arrived at the hotel.
But, we were met with friendly staff who seemed to understand and were in a room by 8.45am. So appreciate that. I know we were lucky as the room was vacant.
Also, my husband couldn't unlock his case, and the staff sorted that out in no time also.
Had showers and were then out exploring. Come 2pm.we were back exhausted, but that early check in gave us a great start in Bueno Aries.
We were joining a cruise after two nights stay, it was a Saturday and surprisingly quiet everywhere, Sunday we decided on the city bus tour, highly recommended.
The room itself was fine clean,tv, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water.
No tea/coffee. AC abit noisy.
We paid the extra and had the breakfast, we found it quite exceptable.
Argentina is expensive we found, so with a buffet breakfast we had a good start to the day. Easy to get a taxi to the port at $8. from hotel.

Having left it to our TA to book a full package for our holiday, it was a surprise to find we had been booked in at the Reino Del Plata, a hotel we had stayed at on our last visit 5 years ago.
Arriving at 8am after an overnight flight from Europe we didn't give much hope to our room being ready, and indeed it wasn't. However the hotel pulled out the stops and had it cleaned and habitable within 90 minutes. We passed the time with a coffee from the breakfast room and a comfy seat in the light and spacious reception area. We were too tired to go exploring at that point.
The room itself was functional but a bit dark. Its window looked out onto a rooftop with the rest of the hotel rising on all four sides. So daylight came from 4 floors up. It had a comfy bed, just enough clothes storage space and an adequate bathroom, though the shower was mighty powerful. The room had a safe and free wifi which came and went, but there was a separate network for each floor so it was usually possible to connect to another one.
There was a gym and spa on the upper levels, but we never made it that far.
Over the three days we were there, the staff on Reception were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They would change currency but a much better rate could be got in the city.
Breakfast wasn't really to our English tastes but there were cereals, meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, odd sausages, bread and croissants. Plus a varied selection of teas and coffees.
The location of the hotel was ideal for sightseeing, being literally two blocks away from the Pink Palace and only a short stroll from many other sights and shops. The Metro station was on the next block.
For the price, it was hard to find fault with the hotel.

Somewhat disappointed with this hotel which has a great location . The bedrooms were small dull and depressing, the bathroom functional but the towels had more holes than area to dry yourself . Breakfast was not good offering basic food but coffee was hot. Whilst we were in the city for 4 days there were demonstrations and marches which made moving around a challenge . This hotel was 'in the middle ' of the area around the Pink Palace Presidents residence therefore moving out of the hotel to sights , restaurants had to be planned .

Old, dirty, in need of updating. Our toilet flooded all over the bathroom floor and the hotel staff did not seem to care but did offer us more towels so we could clean it up! They only provided us with pillows for one person as they had mistaken the booking for one, not two. When we asked for more, they told us they didn't have any more pillows. Our bed cover was dirty. Breakfast consisted of stale pastries, stale bread, croissants, cornflakes or some plastic tasting cheese and ham, or some rubbery scrambled eggs. Would not recommend.
