Service. It took the host at least 5 minutes to acknowledge us at the entrance. Our table was not ready for our early reservation. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and was great.

Steaks. The filet was below average. $50 (large, small is $35) for a filet and I didn’t eat it all. You get a soup or salad and one side. The price doesn’t seem to expensive but I think black Angus and outback are way better cuts of meat. The prime rib was also not juicy. One couple in our group has tried a steak in the past and said avoid it - they were right). The pasta was good.

Appetizer. We ordered the fried calamari. It has good flavor and dipping sauce was good. However, being deep fried it wasn’t crispy at all, in fact a bit soft and soggy. Avoid this.

Claim chowder soup on fridays. The clam chowder soup was excellent.

Salads. Everyone enjoyed the salads.

Sides. Mac’n cheese was just okay. Potato was good.

Bread was served warm. It was good.

Dessert. We had two creme brulee’s. Avoid this. The sod part was too little and the crust (burnt sugar on top) was super thick. It was like eating peanut brittle.

Two stars for ok prime rib and good pasta, and good clam chowder soup. Pass on the steaks here.

I will not be returning. The buffet is better.

Agave by day and Ranch for dinner. Even though construction was at it's peak in the casino area during our meals, no noise and the appearance was of the restaurant was unaffected. Good selection, portions, and quality.

We ate here for two nights in a row, the first night shared the Dinner for two which was a Porterhouse, let's just say we weren't impressed, no flavor and a lot of fat and gristle, second night we had the ribs, these were excellent, tender, no fat and awesome bbq sauce. They serve a sourdough type fresh bread with your meal and it leaves a lot to be desired if they want to be an upscale restaurant. The service was great so no complaints there.
