This is a moden hotel, where the rooms are quite large, bathroom has large shower with excellent water pressure, and the heating system is the most quiet I have had in a standard business hotel. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke excellent English. This hotel is on a major avenue, and the historic center is literally less than 5 minutes walk (you walk out turn right and then go about 350 years). Do be aware that the historic area is now trendy, and on a Friday and Saturday evening does attract late evening crowds. (You might pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.)
The only negative for English speakers is that there were no cable TV channels in English. The only other negative I can think of is that the bathroom has no shaving/makeup mirror and the lighting is that high efficiency type which is really harsh, thus making it almost impossible to apply makeup in the bathroom.

Room tip: Ask for a room facing Yrigoyen Avenue for a better view, as the other side faces a small street where a high rise is being constructed.

It was a nice stay while being in Cordoba, especially for the spacious hotel and bedroom and the central location in the city centre. Quite basic for "extra's" and basic but correct breakfast. Good sleeping quality and, apart from Saturday night, not to much noise on the streets.

It's a lovely hotel situated within walking distance of the main touristic spots in Cordoba. Breakfast -although it did not vary at all during our long weekend stay there -was delicious and presented with care. The servers were always attentive and made sure that the buffet was replenished. Reception was accommodating and efficient. The in-house bar was not at all expensive and the servings were generous. The only sore spot is the SPA. Granted the lady was substituting and she was charming however it was an "are you kidding me moment?!" Really, my six-year-old daughter can give a better massage. The exfoliating rub was applied with so much love and care that it did not exfoliate at all! A thin layer was applied on top of my leg and that was it. And then, everything was sponged off with a cloth and a bowl of tepid water. It was really an amateur act! Just stay out of the spa! It's not worth it! I always try out the spa in every hotel I go and they've been relatively good or really excellent. This one is sooooooo bad, it's in a league of its own. Other than that, the hotel is really wonderful.

Room tip: Executive suite (not the greatest view but it has two bathrooms and in a quiet part of the hotel).

Room decent sized and modern. Excellent rooftop pool with great panoramic view of the city and even a spa and small gym. Breakfast spread adequate. Highly recommended!

Hotel Y111 Cordoba is a few minutes away from the Patio Olmos Airport Bus Stop and is a few blocks from the lively Güemes area. All staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. As a light sleeper, a back room was provided as requested. The room is compact and well designed to provide comfort. The bathroom is a little tight especially where the toilet and bidet are. The room is well lit with natural light and provided lightings. Electrical outlets are plentiful. One of the problem I had was the mattress which was too firm for me and the pillows were ripped, bouncy and lumpy, very uncomfortable. When mentioned to front desk new pillows were provided. The hotel is in a busy part of town. I could hear other guests from upstairs and from across the hall. The pool is tiny but located on the top floor which provides a good view of the city. The gym is also small. Breakfast is pretty standard, a buffet style that has an ample selections.
I would say the Y111 hotel is ahead of many hotels in its class. The hotel is great and the rates are reasonable. You get a lot of bang for your buck.
