The best aspect of this hotel is all the glass and great views. It's worth a trip to the 14th floor for the best view! The hotel is, at best, adequate but falls short on many levels. Rooms are clean but there were permanent stains on the carpet in the entrance way. Bed is okay but not terribly comfortable. Climate is humid so the room smelled a bit musty until I'd run the air conditioner for a while. Lighting isn't great. The hotel offers a modest Argentine breakfast buffet and dinner, but not lunch. My biggest complaint is that it's pretty isolated. It's next to the main campus of the National University of the Litoral so if that's why you are in Santa Fe, it's very convenient; otherwise you are far from everything. With limited meal service this was problematic. Service in the restaurant is pretty slow. Fine unless you have a busy schedule. The people at Reception were not all that helpful either. Check-in was problematic because I arrived at 10 am (Granted, that's before most hotel check-ins) and my room wasn't ready. I asked if another room might come available before official check-in at 2 pm but it was clear that I was going to have to wait for the room that was assigned to me in advance of my arrival--no flexibility there. I did make it into a room by 1 pm, but it was a long wait in a not all-that-comfortable lobby.

You are immediately struck by the fantastic view of Santa Fe, especially at night when the whole skyline seems to be lit up. The rooms, quite new, a pleasant but when you start to look closely it would seem a number of shortcuts have been taken in the construction, for instance shower facilities leaking over the floor.

You will need to make use of taxis when heading into the city, and although cheap and quick; we often had long waits for one to arrive.

The breakfast was basic and filling, but not a highlight.

The pool which appears in pictures belongs to an adjacent facility and did not even have water in in when we visited.

The rooms are not too bad. Great views of the surrounding area. However, the place doesn't have the most effective service. The pictures suggest that there will be swimming pools close to the hotel, in reality these are some way from the hotel and were empty. You will also need to get a taxi in to town if you want to eat anywhere other than the hotel. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special
