We took friends visiting from the U.S. for the tango show, which is the only one we could find in San Martin. We had read the T.A. reviews about the less-than-stellar food, so buyer beware. I went in the day before and reserved for the tango show, to arrive the next evening at 9:30PM. I got to pick the best table, which they did, indeed, save for us! The atmosphere was lovely, the singer and tango performers very friendly, and our friends loved the genuine taste of Argentina. They ordered the smoked trout ravioli in cream sauce, and my husband the vegetable, chicken ravioli, all of which were fine. My Patagonian lentil stew was watery and not very flavorful, but I am also comparing to the same dish at Pura Vida in El Calafate and La Tapera, which were outstanding. You can't go to Argentina without experiencing tango and this is the place in San Martin!
