We stayed on the sixth floor. The room was a good size with a nice TV and fridge. There was not an air system, however. When we left the window open during the day, we ended up with flies. At night, it was so noisy that we had to shut it. Even shut, we were awakened by noise from the streets each morning. The breakfast was really nice. The internet in the room was awful though. I said something to the staff, but it never changed. We frequently went down to the lobby to use it.

Room Tip: It might be quieter if you room doesn't face Miter.

The room was small. However, it was surrounded by a large balcony on both sides offering great views of the lake and cathedral. Unfortunately there was no furniture to allow you to sit out on the balcony. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Staff extremely helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in the centre of Bariloche that was value for money. (£36/night including tax)

We stayed two days in this hotel and we were pleased. Nothing special but pretty fine for that price. Rooms was clean, staff was kind. Breakfast was OK. Room has very nice view, so it is better to have room on higher flors.

The hotel is ok for what it offers. Either breakfasts and dinner are very good with good quality ingredients. It is a nice place to stay and evrything is so close. You can take urban buses and make tours by your own.

The hotel has 3 stars, no more. They claim that they have superior rooms that are one star more than the hotel rating, but I don't think so. The staff is not willing to help you. I asked for toasted bread at breakfast and one of the employees told me "they don't have a toaster here", when instead he could go to the kitchen and toast it in another way. We asked for a crib for our baby in the room. The mattress was too overused and all they have are in the same condition. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown, just a few steps.

Room Tip: Superior room
