...If you can stand the heat! We stayed here for 4 nights during this year's road trip, because it is now my daughters' favorite hotel, mostly because of the pool areas. Much less crowded, and less expensive, than going to Vegas. Nic, at the front desk, was professional, courteous, and helpful. We were also upgraded to a Casita, with which my girls were also very impressed. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Book a Casita if possible!

Great family fun...a lot to do for everyone at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend it.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Treated us like we were the only customers they had.

Check it out!

We reserved a room on a Monday night in early September. Our room was in the South building on the third floor. I loved how the room was setup with a separate living area and bedroom (we got the king suite). There was a patio you could sit on that overlooked the parking lot, not a great view but at least we had one. This property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I went down to the waterpark alone on Monday night. It appears to be open 8-8 every day. The bar was open and the drinks were exorbitant. You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks into the park. I had one mango margarita that came out of the tap and it was in a very small glass for $12. It was good, but not worth that amount of money. I recommend you drink in your room prior to coming down to the waterpark.

The room had a fridge which was nice to keep our drinks cold and store a few snacks/food we brought.

We also went down to the waterpark on Tuesday after checking out. Most days you're only allowed to stay and hang out until around 1pm the day you check out, but since it was so empty, they told us we could stay the whole day if we wanted. There is one waterslide, a lazy river, several pools (one with a waterfall), mini golf, a bar, a restaurant ($8 for a kids peanut butter and jelly), and a gift shop. Since we were there mid-week when kids were back to school the waterpark was not busy at all. So much so that the waterslide was turned off and you needed to ask them to start it for you. No problem, they would do it for you but it did feel like we were imposing.

We were mostly disappointed that the pools, especially the lazy river, just needed to be cleaned and maintained a lot better. The lazy river had no power and you basically had to push yourself around it. We noticed that the drains in the lazy river were extremely clogged with leaves and it may have helped if they were cleaned out and emptied. Other things noticed: chipped paint and tiles that needed to be fixed in the pools.

We also had a pool outside of the south bldg we stayed in. It was a nice, big pool with two jacuzzis. It was open from 5am-11pm. It also had some minor repairs and maintenance that was needed.

All in all, we had a great time. We could have taken our dogs for a $75 non-refundable fee. We would stay here again but would go again in the off time to enjoy it more in a quiet setting. And hopefully, some of the repairs will be made.

Not a fan. Place needs make over. Tiles missing in pool. Lazy river didn't work and I even called the day before to make sure it was working and open because of other reviews. Room wasn't much bigger than closet. We didn't stay. We checked out. Its a shame. The hotel could be really nice if they fixed it up. I am really surprised at Hilton.

To start with, we had a block of rooms to celebrate my daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. Their website to reserve a room NEVER worked properly, stating that all the rooms were sold out. Guests were constantly calling us in confusion. Then we get there and my daughter and her future husband had THE WORST experiences ever! They had an old, dirty room. So sad looking. The furniture was old and dated. This is what you give to newlyweds? As my daughter was getting ready, the electricity went out. The fridge wasn't working. I could go on and on. Then when they finally went to bed that night........ANTS were in the bed! They took pictures as proof! It was a disgrace! I would never go near this place again!!!!
