We were there on a Saturday afternoon at around 1:30. We walked in the door and there was no one there except a couple of women who were getting ready to leave. We stood at the front for about 10 minutes and were never greeted and saw no employees. While we were standing there we started reading the chalkboard and noticed it said to grab a menu and seat yourself. We looked everywhere and never saw a menu, so we took a seat anyway and waited. And waited. And waited. My Husband went to the tiny little window in the front that they have all covered up and tried to get someones attention. No such luck. After several more minutes of waiting and not seeing anyone in the dining room, we left. Went to another place that we had never been and we were delighted with the food and the service. We won't return to The Bistro.
