The room was clean and property was well kept. Staff was friendly. There was a contract issue between RCI and Marriott and we were put in the middle, with our prepaid reservation being cancelled by Marriott without any notification. Therefore when we arrived we were informed we did not have a reservation and needed to secure a place to stay by giving them a credit which they charged us for the room again, which we filed a grievance on once we were back home. A hassle that no one wants when you are on vacation and trying to enjoy your time.

Staff was friendly and Sierra at front desk was very helpful, placing us n a room away from the high school softball team. Outdoor area and pool are pleasant and relaxing. Grill clean and utensils were on hand to grill outside. Breakfast was hearty. Eve in the breakfast area prepared a to go box for us the night in advance of our 5am departure the next morning. Shopping and restaurants close by. Whiskey row 10 minutes away, as was Watson Lake which is a must see for hiking or kayaking.

I have traveled the world and stayed in some of the best hotels in hundreds of locations. The Residence Inn in Prescott is the very best of all both from a superb room and a service point of view. The location is beautifully landscaped and is like an oasis of greenery. The pool and hot tubs are the equal of any spa. We were amazed at the spacious and modern room with a full kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised at the bountiful and scrumptious breakfast which changed every morning. But most of all, we were totally and completely astonished by the superb service of the staff which was ready to assist us and make our stay more pleasing. Special praise to the kitchen staff including Raquel and Eve for welcoming us and being so charming in serving us, to the management staff including then assistant manager Jane L. who professionally and amicably attended to our every need, as well as Michael, Hailly, and Shawna at the front desk who treated us like family.

The room is clean and comfortable. Lot's of noise from the highway.
We sold our house and needed a place to stay until we could leave Prescott. We have 2 dogs. If your dog makes any noise they will call you to make them be quiet. After we were already staying there, they said you can't leave your pet alone in the room, at all. Our dogs were staying in crates when we weren't in the room. I've never had a hotel have an issue with my dog making noise
They also charge $2 per day per vehicle for parking. This is the most pet-unfriendly place I have ever stayed with dogs
