Newly refurbished rooms, which was nice. SOOOOO SOOOO dark walking up and down the stairs at night, they really need better lighting if you're going to make guests walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage. Rooms were nice, nothing special.
Best thing is the location and the 5 star views! Stunning views of Sedona.More

My extended family and I stayed here for my daughter's wedding. I have so many terrible things to say about this hotel, but I will focus on the fact that they cannot manage their bookings. We were not given a bridal party block of rooms for the weekend of my daughter's wedding (in September) because we were told that another wedding party had already booked a block of rooms for the weekend. Ours was the Saturday night wedding and theirs was on Friday night. Why can't the hotel accommodate two wedding party blocks for the same weekend, especially when both wedding parties are being married at the venue across the parking lot. Rooms were weren't ready when we arrived. Wrong rooms were given to family members. It's a wedding party, naturally several family members are going to have the same last name, but evidently that was too much for their staff to be able to handle.
Even though we were the parents of the bride, we weren't even told about the $35 credit towards breakfast (for this already over-priced hotel with rooms costing over $400 per night). The parking lot is in terrible shape without adequate lighting at night. The rooms are small in size. The large open patio means that any drunken fools can walk along late at night to party outside of the rooms of other guests.
This is one experience that I want to forget!

I would say I really enjoy the hotel lobby bec of the great view of the red rocks & the live music at night. Unfortunately I’m really disappointed with the rooms in general, needs upgrade because it’s old. I don’t really feel safe because it’s mostly outside rooms. It’s location is good & shuttle bus will take you anywhere with 5 mile radius. Sad to say even it’s Bonvoy I will not stay here in my future visit.

Very cozy- could use a couple updates, but overall a nice stay. It was nice to be able to have drinks right at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle service to various hikes was very convenient.

Cute place! Somewhat updated but pictures are deceiving. The hotel doors face the parking lot and ours was disjointed at top and bottom so we had light coming through ours. The bathrooms are teeny tiny and in need of some love. The tub was dirty from old water stains, I hope. The bed was too soft and the pillows were made from lots of individual pieces of foam. Ugh! I think this used to be an old Best Western and now a Marriott. The price was high for what it was and they charge an extra $29/night fee which you can order drinks at the bar and sit on the patio in exchange but … they said that price you’d receive a healing rock as well but that didn’t happen! I feel so unhealed. Great views all around and service at front desk was good but still needs a little polishing at the price point!
