A Little About the Chocolate Our chocolate shop is in constant production for ChocolaTree and distribution worldwide, creating the largest selection of handmade, artisan-crafted raw chocolates. Mirroring the integrity of our eatery, our chocolate shop uses only organic, stone-ground, fair-trade ingredients, and we are so blessed to house both establishments under the same roof for so many reasons: the friends, the community, the laughter, the intoxicating aroma of cacao wafting through our premises and, of course, the chocolates! We partner directly with small-scale cacao growers to preserve their traditional way of farming, thereby safeguarding the biodiversity of cacao in Ecuador. We undertake a number of sustainability programs for the benefit of the cacao-growing communities with which we work. The sustainability of cacao as a living tree is sacred to us here, and working with others that value cacao in similar ways is of the utmost importance. As a result, we are rewarded with absolutely orgasmic delights that come in so many forms to be shared with you as part of our extended family at ChocolaTree Organic Oasis. HOW IT ALL CAME TO BE Kelly Johnson and Jen Marie met in March of 2006, while Kelly was first creating his delicious chocolate creations. Soon after meeting Jen began to tend the garden at the building Kelly was creating his chocolates. At that time, it was quite barren but Jen was determined to create a sanctuary where the elemental beings could rejoice. She planted the garden with the inspiration of Anastasia and assistance of many locals to Sedona. Through an unusual course of circumstances the building that is now ChocolaTree became available for rent. So, father and daughter David and Jen Marie opened their doors as ChocolaTree Organic Oasis in January 2009 with a vision. Our Vision We see a World of natural beauty where every child is born into a domain with clean air, pure water and their very own garden growing fresh foods in a splendid paradise! Intention ChocolaTree is a Sanctuary where each Being can nurture their Authenticity

I loved this place!
Eating in the garden was beautiful!
The vibe of the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. The menu is huge and friendly to everyone. Definitely a place to visit while in Sedona.

In addition to a raw chocolate counter at the entrance, they have a full menu to choose wonderful organic fare from. Sit in the garden at the back to feel like you're in fairy land.

When you first enter, there is a wonderful calm, but vibrant energy that engulfs you, if you are sensitive enough to recognize it. The aromas between coconut oil infused cooking and the many scent-full items for purchase are intoxicating. I was led out to the shaded patio that was delightful despite the high temperature to a cute little table next to a tranquil bubbling water feature. Wow! All this before I opened the menu. I had a wonderfully nurturing warm milk and herb infused drink and the Green Goddess salad, one of the best and nutritious salads I have a had (and I have eaten a lot of salads.), full of complex flavors and very satisfying. If you are serious about eating clean, organic plant-based food, this is the place for you. Allergy warning: If you are allergic to coconut, there is a very limited selection since everything is cooked in coconut oil. Oh and there is a wonderful selection of hand made chocolates if you don't have time to linger. So glad that I made this one of my two meals during my day trip in Sedona.

Fantastic little restaurant in West Sedona. Friendly staff, unique and delicious food, a peaceful garden setting and even some unique gifts. Fantastic story behind the inception of this little oasis. Well worth the visit!

Have to have the amazing drinks like the wheatgrass lemonade, or the elderberry lemonade. We had almost every dish between the 6 of us on 3 different visits.
The staff is kinda slow, but super nice. The chocolates and desserts are worth taking to-go if you are too full. We had the chocolate covered donuts, the saffron rose chocolates, the tiramisu, and some coconut cream pie. We had the carrot soup, the vegan wrap, the green goddess salad, cheesy rice, the burritos, the spring roll, and a couple other things I can't remember. Like I said, we went 3 times in 4 days.
Oh, the spinach dosa was especially great with the yummy paste it came with.
GO !
