This was an absolutely unexpectedly fantastic thing to do, and I'm so glad we did it! The laser pointers that the astronomers use literally reaches into the stars. We got to look into the telescope ten times. We say binary star systems, the moon, the Pleiades, a dead star, a blue nebula, and much more. Once you drive to the location, they line you up in your cars until everyone is there. Then they escort you onto the soccer field of the local high school where seats are waiting. It was chilly when we were there in March, and they even had parkas for everyone! Truly fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!

First I want to thank Trevor for an excellent time. She is extremely knowledgeable. We loved every second of the star gazing tour she gave us. We were worried about the storm which passed through earlier in the day but we lucked out and it was clear skies by 9pm. Do not be late and also follow the directions sent to you. Navigation systems are not updated with their site location unless its google maps which worked for us. If you go during the winter/spring months it can get cold at night and for us it was in the 40's that night. They provide jackets and blankets if you do not have any.

Only one issue. One porta-potty on site from what I saw. May be issue for some.

Highly recommend this group for everyone. Its a must do activity for all. We will be doing this again when in Sedona.

Being from the northeast, where light pollution is rampant, it was a treat
To be able to actually see so many stars in the sky. Our guide was very informative (almost too informative). There were 10 of us to the one large telescope. She used a pointer to sketch out the constellations. We had as much time as we wanted to view he stars. It was a bit chilly and I really appreciated the blanket they gave us. Would definitely recommend it, especially if there’s an astronomer fan in the family.

They have a telescope and you all take turns to have a look. As there were 11 in our group we didn’t get that much of a look , (4 times) mainly it was having a guy point out the constellations to you which you can do anyway. The field is quite hard to find too.

Awesome! Not only did we see ALL the stars, the Milky Way, galaxies, and so much more...both with the naked eye as well as through high powered telescopes, we saw the International Space Station as it blazed through the sky (for about 30 seconds), a meteor, and a satellite. Though I don't remember their names, our guides, a father and son, were fantastic. I wish we could have gone back and done the later tour to see the planets, but we ran out of time during our visit. If you or your kids love science, space and the stars, or if you just want something very cool to do, this is great!!
